Today, I received a detailed explanation (via a telehealth call) of how my CPAP machine works from Maggie out of the Connecticut office and she was fantastic! If you are a first time CPAP user, and need a very detailed explanation of how to use your CPAP machine, you should definitely ask for Maggie. She is so pleasant and well-versed in all things related to how this machine works it made for a great experience!
